Job Description
- Maintains the books of accounts and assists in the various functions related to month-end/year-end close.
- Ensures all invoices are processed accurately and timely while adhering to accounts payable and cash.
- Manages and execute Record to Report processes
- Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
- Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
- Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be graduate of B.S Accounting / Accountancy
- Not necessarily CPA but must have 2-3 years experience in accounting
- Must be keen to details, highly organized, systematic and a team player
- Ability to do multi-tasking and interface professionally with all level of management
- Proficient with MS Office
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Flexible and able to relate with different people of different backgrounds
- Willing to be trained
