Job Description
- Provide all regular reporting to operations teams.
- Responsible for client reporting, internal reporting, and analysis of the reports.
- Maintain detailed reporting and documentation.
- Produce ad hoc reports and trending data.
- Communicate with and take directions from operation manager and team lead.
- Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and yearly reports.
- Reconcile each database and resolve discrepancies.
- Run standard reports for inbound and outbound centers.
- Communicate and coordinate the distribution of reports to customers.
- Preparation of various operation reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
- Should have atleast 3-5 years working experience in handling reports or in the related field for this position.
- Must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
- Ability to present complex information to various levels of organization
- Must have the ability to gather and organize large quantities of data and provide accurate analysis
- Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English
- Should be self-driven and can work with minimal supervision
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Makati
- Should be able to start immediately
