Medivance, our journey began as many NEMT owners do – amidst the chaos of daily operations. The dream of owning our own business was quickly overshadowed by the operational demands. Driven by a shared vision of a better way, we embarked on a mission to transform the NEMT industry. Our journey led us to explore the potential of outsourcing and automation. What began as a small experiment with a single virtual assistant quickly evolved into a fully-fledged operation with over 90% of our company comprised of dedicated remote team members. This transformation was a game-changer. We experienced firsthand the incredible benefits of outsourcing, including increased efficiency, reduced costs, and reclaimed time. We were able to focus on what truly mattered: growing our business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving our long-term goals.
