Job Description
- Responsible to assis People Operations in internal operational office needs, such as stationary, and any other office stuff.
- Supporting in daily office needed such as taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, potential vendors relations.
- Assisting to provides general supporting activities such as administration of company documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
- Responsible for the day to day organisation of the site administrative and organisational tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male or Female 20 - 23 yo.
- Pursuing Bachelor degree from all major.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Detail oriented.
- Good interpersonal skill.
