Job Description
- Create, develop and maintain day-to-day financial activities and make sure to keep it all accurate;
- To handle all process of invoicing (incoming and outgoing) and make sure all qualified invoices are paid in time;
- Prepare and maintain the comprehensive financial statements such as tax report, monthly quarterly and annual reports;
- Maintain coordination with clients, third party, team and management on financial strategy, timelines and result;
- Maintain coordination when in need and work proactively without being asked and under tight schedules
- Aid "internal clients" in their adoption and act as point-person and in-house "expert" for certain financial activity and keep the team updated with any finance news update, trends and development;
- Proactively involved in continous improvement both for personal improvement and company's improvement through sharing, brainstorming or giving input to the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or any related fields
- Mature-minded person
- Friendly and passionate
- Good with numbers and have high analytical skill
- Basic skills in finance, taxation and legal contexts
- Fresh graduates are welcome
