Social Media Community Manager  

The Social Media manager leads an organisation's social media strategy in order to boost visibility and customer and client engagement.

This involves managing an organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Management of Social Media Calendar and Publishings
• Managing day to day postings and conversations in the Social Media Page and Community.
• Monitors and Interacts with Key Social Media Online Communities (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Creates written content to promote and engage all social channels
• Reviews all posts and conversations in the community and cascades to upper management if necessary.

• Must form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms

• Creates and Generates Social Media Metrics and Reports to track Key Performance Indicators

• 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management and Customer Related Management.
• Great Oral and Written Communications Skills
• Ability to formulate Strategies and Planning.
• Capable of Multitasking
• Team Oriented
• Basic Design Knowledge
• Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS and SEO is a plus.
