Job Description
- Set and monitor sales target.
- Achieve growth and hit sales target.
- Identify potential customers and set strategies.
- Design and Implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
- Supervise the accounts and ensure deadlines are met.
- Resolves issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close deal.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and team player.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attidude.
