Job Description

Client relations manager aims to maximize long-term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted advisers to clients and strengthening their loyalty to the company. The Client relationship manager will also be responsible for creating new business relationships that will support the sales account management team.

Generating New Leads and Business Opportunity for the Company

  • Accountable for building and bridging new clients for the company.
  • Create new leads for the company to promote, introduce and market the products and services of the company.
  • Create strategies in building new business leads.
  • Coordinate to the sales account managers the new business leads to be utilized by the account managers to promote the product and services of the company.
  • Create, maintain and update the business leads database for the proper utilization of the sales account management team.

Client Experience and Account management

  • Manage acquired clients and to make sure that the client experience in using the products and services of the company are above expectations.
  • Provide support in addressing service issues and to respond to client inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct on - call service tutorials to new and existing clients which require on hand tutorial on the products and services provided by the company
  • Responsible for the renewal and retention of clients with the accountability of assuring that client will remain as a valued customer of the company.
  • Create strategies in building excellent client experience and identify and organize services, such as training or planned maintenance, that help the client make more productive use of the company’s products and services.
  • Working with clients to help improve service performance and profitability for the company.
  • Maintain customer information and database related to the accounts
  • Partner with operation team to ensure customer satisfactions in term of services and support.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Performance Metrics

  • To hit desired and accounted retention rate set forth by the company
  • Generate and account for the number of target leads for new business opportunity of the company
  • Client satisfaction performance surveys
  • Business leads to sales conversion ratio
  • Client handling and feedback rating of products and services

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably, Female:
  • College Graduate – BS or BA academic degree;
  • 2-years working experience is required with experience Client Management, Business Development, Customer Service Management, Sales and Marketing fields.
  • Willing to perform Fieldwork calls and conduct sales presentations to target customers and potential new markets.
  • Can communicate professionally in English.
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills and can easily adapt with different customer behavior.
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license ( Preferred but not required ).
  • Proficient in operating and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
