Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. MedGrocer is one of the more established Filipino Health Tech startups.

The Pharmacovigilance Specialist assesses drug products and reports adverse events. They help in actualizing MedGrocer’s vision by working with a team to ensure patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to patient and health care professionals, which involves receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required
• Receive, triage, review, and process safety data from various sources, which involves inputting data into tracking and client safety databases, generating follow-up queries pertinent to the case, performing quality control, assisting with reconciliation, driving case closure, and performing other safety-related tasks
• Develop, update, and implement procedures to ensure compliance with Patient Safety global procedures and national requirements
• Maintain, release, and update physical and electronic copies of patient safety information in MedGrocer’s database

• Preferably has a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or any related field
• Preferably has experience in Pharmacovigilance
• Knowledge in Google Workspace applications
