Job Description
The Mental Health Program Psychiatrist supports MedGrocer’s Mental Health Program by overseeing its processes and operations and conducting consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance patient experience by improving MedGrocer’s mental health processes and policies
- Collaborate with the mental health team for day-to-day operations
- Give insight on further expanding the mental health service
- Conduct consultations and advise employees on mental health-related manners
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed physician with psychiatry training and active S2 license
- Member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association is preferred
- Experience leading a team or mental health initiative
- Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress
- Experience working in occupational health or company clinics is a plus
- Willing to work on-site in Makati
