Job Description
- Make outbound calls for patient health monitoring and medical case investigation
- Respond promptly to patient and client inquiries and concerns via email, SMS, and call
- Identify and investigate issues through data collection and interviews
- Coordinate with onsite medical staff to ensure timely smooth operations
- Track case details and send out emails at high volumes
Minimum Qualifications
- Flexible with work hours (e.g. rest day on weekdays, or starting work at 1PM)
- Knowledgeable in google sheets and MS office
- Experience in customer service, patient counseling, and medical field is preferred
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati
