Job Description
- Assists the clinic management team to ensure that clinic operations are uninterrupted
- Ensures that all shifts of clinics are manned according to schedule which involves SMS/calling the nurse who is supposed to be on duty and possibly looking for relievers, if needed
- Brief relievers and ensure that they are aware of the essential details and protocols in the sites
- Acts as a reliever when there is an urgent need for one, whether the nurse coordinator is scheduled to be on shift or not
- Keep track of who was on shift for each shift and site, and note down any deviations from the scheduled shifts, including if relievers were deployed
- Address medical staff concerns on clinic protocols
- Assists in looking for medical staff for clients’ events, and ensures that the medical staff indeed do go to the events as scheduled
- Assists HR in validation of timesheets for payroll purposes
- Assists in reliever payment procedures
- Periodically audit sites if protocols are being followed (e.g. checking accuracy of consultation tracker)
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed nurse is preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable in COVID-19 response protocols and procedures in workplace is a plus
- Flexible with work hours and arrangement (e.g. rest day on weekdays, starting work at 5PM, work from home set-up with twice a month reporting to office or as needed)
