Job Description
- Holds one on one and group coaching sessions with adult clients to:
- Help understand personal goals, capabilities, and barriers to achievement
- Improve stress management, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Performs personality, aptitude, needs, and skills assessments
- Holds seminars and workshops to improve workplace performance and well-being
- Monitors and helps improve the well-being of adult clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Has experience in dealing with adult clients
- Having a coaching certification is a plus
- Having a background in HR is a plus
- Willing to undergo training
- Based in Metro Manila or Cebu
