Job Description
- Handle the company's overall supply chain and logistics processes as well as customer service operations with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency, productivity and sustained customer happiness with the brand.
- Evaluate and improve current processes by establishing and implementing systems innovations with regard to inventory management, forecasting supply needs in relation to sales, and life-cycle/shelf-life monitoring of assets and equipment.
- Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, and quality management.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve overall service quality, product delivery and distribution.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting and conduct capacity and performance analysis using data analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in or expertise in supply chain process improvement and/or operations
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, analytical, results-focused and proactive in work approach
- High level of professionalism and effective communication skills
- Possesses the right attitude and has passion towards this industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and G Suite
- Knowledge in intermediate Excel functions and formulas
- Heavy college org involvements are a plus
