Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
- Does proper triaging of patients
- Handles member’s medical or non-medical concerns
- Records patient’s personal data in the Patient Management System (PMS)
- Monitor and responds to all messages and callback requests from different touchpoints
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/ Psychology/ Medicine or other Medical Allied courses (License is not required but an advantage)
- At least one (1) year work experience specialized in Healthcare Services/ Medical Support and Assistant/ Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear and articulate)
- Computer literate
- Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
- Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
- Amenable to work in Makati City
