Job Description
- Identifies and assesses customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Generates LOA for specific patients that are referred by Medgate Doctors for face to face consultation.
- Notes down patient’s complaint or reason for teleconsultation.
- Willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
- Willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
- Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/ Psychology/ Medicine or other Medical Allied Courses (License is not required but an advantage)
- At least one (1) year work experience specialized in Healthcare Services/ Medical Support and Assistant/ Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required
- Good written and verbal communication skills (clear and articulate)
- Computer literate
