Business Development Specialist  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively participates in creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
• Develop and promote the brand of the company
• Develop business ideas towards improving sales record of the company
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
• Present services and products to prospective clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers’ satisfaction & loyalty
• Manage assigned accounts effectively through phone calls and personal visits to understand and address concerns & issues in a timely manner
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Harmoniously works with Marketing, Operations, Finance and other departments to effectively address clients’ needs
• Updates data in the system and submits reports on time
• Regularly attends Sales Cadence and team meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least with 4-5 years experience as a Business Development Specialist, or in othersales/customer service role
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
• Has experienced working in an IT Software Company is an advantage
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
