Job Description
- Provide medical professionals with quality information & services in a manner that will promote optimal use of products in their specific portfolio
- Achieve agreed quantitative & qualitative results on assigned territory for specific period (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Ensure continuous development and utilization of competencies associated with this role and responsibilities.
- Maintain efficient & effective internal communication
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifies documents problems and bugs
- Recommend product enhancement and updates to identify new business opportunities
- Work with the marketing team in helping develop new sales and marketing strategies for profitability
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, Healthcare IT trends, business flow and sales process
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate revisions
- Maintain complete documentation for all product and sales related activities
- Will do field work visiting clinics and health institutions
- Develop and maintain doctor's clients
- Can do presentations to Medical doctors and nursing staff
- Provide Support resolve and document client's technical and user issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or College Degree in any field but preferably with Science, Healthcare Medical Technology, Biochemistry, Nursing, BS Biology or Business course
- Can effectively communicate in spoken and written English
- High degree of maturity, leadership, and self-confidence
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong desire to be constantly challenged
- Self-motivated and analytical
- Must possess the ability to work well in a team environment
- At least 1-year selling experience
- Must be willing to undergo 1-month training
- Must have a good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarization or knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Diseases would be an advantage
- Added skills: Sales, Territory Management, product presentation, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable on the use of online Cloud based software.
- Computer literate, knowledge in computer configurations and network set up an advantage
