Job Description
- Looks for candidates and sources of applicants through online such as job sites
- In-charge of the pre-selecting of candidates to be presented to the employer by checking the background and qualifications if it matches the requirement of the employer
- Updates and monitors of the applicants deployed in order to ensure that the applicants are given the right treatment and ensure that no problems would arise
- Calls and Lines-up applicants by the needs of clients
- Informs the applicant about the job order and job description, and also the benefits
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least 1-year of experience
- Must have experience in manpower agency or any recruitment related positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Office Applications such as MS Word, Excel
- Willing to work in Caloocan City
