Job Description
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers
- Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork
- Strict implementation of credit policies, maintain updated lists of delinquent customers
- Maintain complete sets of necessary documents (eg. official receipts, cash and charge invoices)
- Issued cell phones must be in good working condition to ensure efficiency in communication system
- Awareness to price increases, decreases and merchandise promotions from time to time
- Soliciting of credible new accounts
- Preparation of accurate, precise and orderly collection report
- Secure and safeguard all collections under custody by following the remittance policy as agreed
- Perform all other task that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Between 23-40 yrs of age
- College level or graduate
- With good personality & pleasant attitude
- Honest and trustworthiness
- Physically & mentally fit
- Self-motivated & hardworking
- With driving skills or at least knows how to drive motorcycle
- With superior customer service skills
- Willing to be assign anywhere in Manila
