- Develop strong customer relationships.
- Resolve queries of the customers through e-mail within the assigned tasks.
- Build customer relationships as part of the sales process.
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues.
- Inform member of current promotions and new or updated products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and assimilate quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
- At least completed 2 years in college.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) company is a plus.
- Excellent written grammar skills.
- Strong comprehension skills.
- Willing to work during holidays and Saturdays.
- Capacity to work full-time in Quezon City area.
