Job Description
- Evaluate, provide feedback, mentor, and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales procedures to ensure performance and quality standards are met.
- Coach employees for performance improvement.
- Manage the day-to-day planning, operation, and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet the required service level components, standards. and sales targets.
- Deliver performance reviews of team members.
- Conduct disciplinary interview/counseling.
- Complete and file all necessary HR documentation.
- Work closely with the team members to solve customer problems.
- Understand team members' problems and weaknesses and address these.
- Offer solutions and suggestions to management for process and product improvement.
- Make decisions regarding the following:
- Any matter relating to improving revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Training requirement for team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least completed 2 years in college.
- College degree in Sales and/or Marketing related field.
- Outstanding experience in handling or supervising a team.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a sales account in the BPO industry as Customer Support agent.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota.
- Familiarity with e-commerce is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong comprehension skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work during holidays and Saturdays.
- Capacity to work full-time in Quezon City area.
