Job Description
- Validates received instructions from immediate superior by clarifying understanding to conduct tasks accordingly.
- Coordinates with other members of the team by maintaining communication to ensure proper working order.
- Checks if payments are processed on time by tracing, tracking and coordinating with the appropriate department to expedite logistics processes.
- Checks if the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries by inspecting warehouse, go through schedules, quantities, and sizes of incoming and outgoing materials to make sure that the warehouse can accommodate deliveries and/or make necessary adjustments.
- Disposes of unserviceable or damaged items by following return policy procedures or disposal to make room for other materials and replacement.
- Organizes files both manually and electronically by creating, maintaining and updating shipment information database to facilitate information process and easy retrieval.
- Controls ins and outs of individuals by preparing badges, passes and identification cards to manage warehouse security.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any four year business related course
- With at least one year of relevant work experience
