Job Description
- Validate instructions received by conferring with immediate superior to clarify understanding thereof.
- Collaborate with other members of the department by attending meetings and exchanging of relevant documents to facilitate establishment of responsibilities.
- Review turnover documents by studying its phases and materials involved to control usage.
- Prepare quantity of variations materials by reviewing change orders and specifications to provide immediate superior with updated approximations.
- Prepare monthly materials movement report by monitoring activities on a daily basis and register all downtime, consumptions and materials related issues to update immediate superior and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and works with project management team thru regular communications, meetings and reports to resolve project issues to ensure completion of the project.
- Assist in effective project implementation by utilizing productive reports with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
- File all documents by utilizing appropriate office equipment and computer system to facilitate safekeeping and easy retrieval thereof.
- Provide materials control and planning advice to the project management team as and when required.
- Perform other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Architectural & ID Fit out.
- Technical know-how.
- Thoroughness.
- Knowledgeable of:
- Leadership enterprising and commercial approach.
- Resource analysis.
- Feasibility studies.
