Job Description
- Monitor, review, determine and recommend the appropriate positions & number of personnel required. Describe & define their would-be roles & responsibilities to accomplish & achieve corporate business objectives based on the potential of existing areas.
- Ensure attainment of the set Cost-to-Sales Ratio on:
- Distribution Cost
- Bad Orders
- Merchandising Cost
- Enforces MNC regulations and standards on warehouse & product management and the handling in the distributor’s warehouse and the different store type level.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree holder in Business, Economics and other related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Above average numerical and analytical skills.
- Has relevant leadership and supervisory experience of not less than 2 years
- Highly motivated, and capable in working under pressure.
