Job Description
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join our Manila office as part of the Secretarial team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will perform a range of administrative support duties to effectively provide leverage to the consultants.
Some of your responsibilities will include travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission and accounting administration. You will also maintain calendars for assigned consultants, handle all phone calls in a professional and efficient manner and develop effective relationships with the individuals in which you support.
In this role, you will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints. Additionally, you will support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other assistants to ensure backup coverage.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree
- 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment, working for senior-level management
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and attention to detail
- Poise, presence, and professionalism
- Willing to work for a 12 - month project
