Job Description

You will be based in our Manila Service Center (MSC) and will be a part of a pioneer Global Executive Assistant (EA)Service Line .The global EA Service Line provides a broad range of administrative and logistical support to over 3000 McKinsey consultants in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America.

  • schedule complex meetings with clients and internal leadership across various time zones and locations, as well as plan and manage complex travel and itineraries/
  • effectively liaise by phone and email with clients, teams and other contacts and you will produce and proofread correspondence and documents
  • utilize your organizational skills to schedule internal and external meetings as well as phone and video conferences with clients from all levels while arranging corresponding logistics
  • plan and manage complex itineraries and travel arrangements using your best judgement to assess the possible impact on supported colleagues' priorities
  • identify possible conflicts and risks and adjust accordingly.
  • build strong and lasting professional relationships with global colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 6 months of corporate experience in an administrative/customer service position, ideally in a professional services, secretarial, BPO/Call Center, Shared Services, Travel/Hospitality or mutinational environment
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
  • Exceptional customer focus and willingness to go the extra-mile
  • Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work and stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships i
  • Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
  • Open mindset and flexibility towards change, unforeseen circumstances and engagement for continuous improvement
