Job Description
- Prepares recruitment plan in order to strategize for current vacancy requirements.
- Sources and conducts initial interviews for required job vacancies.
- Administers Testing, schedules interview with other department, in order to come up with a shortlist of candidates.
- Prepares Job Offer, Contracts, and needed documents to facilitate hiring for successful candidates.
- Monitors end-to-end activities from hiring to regularization of new employees.
- Conducts and facilitates New Employee and Regular Employees Orientation Program.
- Maintains a regular inventory of 201 files and other important HR files like memos, activities, case tracking, etc.
- Prepares and routes for approval of HR documents.
- May be required to handle and assisst in planning and execution of special events of the department.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year Business course including Behavioral Science, Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Preferably with at least two years experience in the field of HR and Admin, doing general coordination function.
- Specialization in the field of manpower planning & recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR training, Organizational Development is an advantage.
