Job Description
- Conduct weekly coordination meeting with internal and external customers
- Train and coach sales encoders
- Ensures that all purchase orders are encoded in the system the same day as receipt
- Prioritize encoding of Purchase Orders/Shipments depending on requirements/need.
- Ensures that all approved orders are committed and transmitted to operations
- Daily notification to sales regarding price discrepancies between PO and System
- Ensure unapproved orders are cancelled with correct reason as directed by Finance
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any four year course
- Has more than 2 years encoding experience
- Has at least 1 year supervisory experience
- Preferably with experience in the distribution/logistics industry
