Job Description
- Required skills: General Accounting, Taxation, Finance.
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Develop budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization.
- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
- Prepare Journal Vouchers for daily transactions, accruals, prepayment, amortization and depreciations.
- Payroll processing and government mandatory requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR (1601-C, 1604 CF, 1601-E, 1604-E, 1702Q, 1702, etc.)
- Checking of payment requisition.
- Monitors and follow-up Account receivables, cash advances and liquidations, Pre-payment and other accounts.
- Monitor and implement all accounts payable, check activation and wire transactions.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures. Liaise with bank when needed.
- Supervise daily accounting processes such as but not limited to: A/P, Journal entries and monthly closure accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a minimum of Five (5) years working experience handling general accounting and government mandatory compliance and report submission (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Must be a CPA. BOA accreditation is a plus.
- Must love all facets of accounting.
- Be a computer savvy, well-versed in Microsoft Office and accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, etc).
- Have a great attention to detail with high level of analytical skills.
- Be able to manage time properly, a multi-tasker who have the initiative and drive to learn more.
- Fluency in writing and speaking the English language.
- Willing to work in Makati
