Job Description
- Approach Potential Merchants (ex: Restaurants, Day Care, Insurance, Hotel etc.) to win new businesses.
- Make cold calls and arrange meetings with Potential Merchants.
- Go out in field to obtain new leads and expand VENTENY’s merchant network.
- Represents the company as a contract person with its Existing and Potential Markets.
- Negotiate Terms of the Agreement and Close deals.
- Reach Projected Monthly Quota.
- Research, Analyze and Prepare Strategies to close deals with Companies.
- Work harmoniously with Colleagues and Contribute to the Team Effort, as needed, to win deals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a minimum of Three (3) years working experience on the said position.
- At least Two (2) years of experience in Corporate Sales.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in any Business related course or equivalent.
- Results-oriented with a good track record.
- Must be familiar with specific merchant acquiring technical requirements.
- Must possess the ability to propose, negotiate and close deals in attracting new merchants or expanding existing relationships.
- Be able to manage time properly, a multi-tasker who have the initiative and drive to learn more.
- Fluency in writing and speaking the English language.
- Willing to work in Makati
