Job Description

We are a “one-stop consultancy” firm catering to both local and foreign companies. As an Administrative Associate, you will immediately play an integral role as the first point of contact of our valued clients and as a support to our team members. You will join our team and will work closely together with our different units in carrying out general administrative support for any admin-related concerns and security functions.

At MCCK, you will:

  • Meet and greet clients and guests.
  • Attend to queries, answer all incoming calls and transfer calls as necessary.
  • Be in-charge of facilities management.
  • Be coordinating with building administration regarding maintenance schedules.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team including, but not limited to the following:
    • Schedule and maintain conference room calendars as well as updates on notice boards.
    • Sorting and distributing mails/parcels and other documents.
    • Monitor’s outgoing documents.
    • Maintaining visitors’ log.
    • Prepares liaison itinerary.
    • Monitoring, inventory, purchasing and maintenance of office supplies and pantry supplies.
    • Assisting in notarial services.
    • Performing basic accounting tasks.
  • Go the extra mile to give excellent customer service satisfaction with a can-do attitude.
  • Have a sense of urgency and loves a challenge.
  • Perform routine office tasks which may include scanning, filing, printing or locating documents, information or records as well as any other ad hoc duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Office Management or its equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience, preferably in an accounting/auditing/law/consulting firm.
  • Be passionate about customer service and take pride in this role.
  • Have a great attention to detail.
  • Be able to manage time properly, a multitasker who have the initiative and drive to learn more.
  • Feel comfortable with finding better ways to do things and be able to track everything you do.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; excellent organization skills.
  • Be a computer savvy, well-versed in Microsoft Office.
