Job Description
- Report directly to the Executive Chef/Owner.
- Be responsible and accountable for everything that goes on in the restaurant.
- Manage a full dining staff of which include Assitant Manager, Supervisor/s, shift leader/s, Banquet coordinator, and servers.
- Closely coordinate with the Head Chef, as well Accounting Personnel in the Head Office.
- In matters pertaining to food, coordinate directly with the Executive Chef or in her absence the Head Chef/Kitchen Supervisor.
- Carry marketing and sales, administrative and accounting responsibilities.
- Perform other duties to be assigned by the immediate Supervisor or authorized company representative in the absence of the immediate Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any other Culinary related course.
- Expert in customer contact techiniques, such as handling complaints and difficult guests, soliciting opinion and assessment of food or service, casual conversation, endorsements or even business referrals, etc.
- At least 1-2 years experience in managing casual or fine dining.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
