Job Description
- Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of Wordpress web projects adhering to methodology, meeting scope on time, within budget and of quality.
- Provide oversight ensuring architectural best practice in the delivery of services
- Provide Quality and Control Assurance on customer engagements and assist in the financial tracking of projects being handled.
- Produce/Review Project Delivery Status Reports and conduct follow-up meetings where required with the clients.
- Foster Relationships and become a trusted partner of clients
- Assist with improvements to the Delivery Methodology and ensure all new engagements are provided a mobilization pack for consistent execution of consulting service offerings
- Participate in various project management/ technical roles in a billable capacity on customer engagements
- Manage and assist handover between sales and delivery business functions
- Manage schedule and efficiency of developers
- Manage hosting, email, and web maintenance client concerns
- Work with the Resource Coordinator and provide decision making in resource allocation requirements for pipeline and current projects for the Tech team.
- Participate in recruitment activities including conducting interviews
- Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients on time and of quality
- Provide timely status updates to project leadership and highlight problems early
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience on developing Wordpress sites
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work well and communicate under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to details
