Job Description
- Assist the LCD Manager and/or the Compliance Officer in the preparation and submission of BSP, SEC, AMLC, and NPC reportorial compliance.
- Assist the LCD Manager and/or the Compliance Officer in the preparation of BSP reports, programs, processes, and other regulatory documents required by BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC, and other concerned government agencies.
- Responsible for the monitoring of pending applications with BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC, and other concerned government agencies.
- Assist the LCD Manager and/or Compliance Officer in the review, drafting, and finalization of documents, contracts, and policies as required by BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC, and other concerned government agencies.
- In charge in the filling and submission of applications, registrations, and/or renewal with BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC, and other government agencies.
- Manager external relations with BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC, and other concerned government agencies.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the LCD Manager and/or the Compliance Officer from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Legal Management Degree, LLB, or Juris Doctor is an advantage.
- Has legal research experience and regulatory compliance (BSP SEC, AMLC, NPC, and LGU).
- Excellent organizational skills, proficient communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, assessment & interpretation skills, critical thinking ability, creativity, integrity, strong people skills, up-to-date knowledge of business technology and IT, and sound understanding of regulatory guidelines and security policies.
- Proficient in MS Word and Canva.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in BGC, Taguig
