• Lead company legal review and negotiation
• Review Company Legal Documents
• Work closely with compliance in regards to policies and procedures that ensure the firm's funds meet regulatory requirements
• Liaise and work closely with external law firms and third-party service providers
• Supporting Compliance, Operations and HR with legal matters
• Assist with generic legal tasks relating to transactions, tax and regulatory issues
• Work on legal and ad-hoc projects for the business
Minimum Qualifications
• Certified Lawyer from a recognized law firm with fund formation experience
• Experience within alternative investments (Private Equity/Infrastructure/Real Estate/ Venture Capital) either from within Practice or In House
• Project management capability and experience of running processes
*Working experience in Sports betting of the Philippine Gaming Industry is an advantage.
*Willing to work in Alabang
*Willing to work 6 days a week if needed
