Job Description
- Enter data to Maxima ERP System using Reference Document stated in the Work Instruction
- Fill-out manual forms completely & accurately based on triggering document/s stated in Work Instructions.
- Endorse filled-out forms to proper approving authority.
- Check Clearing and Issuance
- Prepare reports accurately based on source data as per Work Instructions.
- Maintain reports on proper location as per Work Instructions.
- Submit reports to end-users and on a regular basis as stated in Work Instructions
- Submit Statement of Accounts to customers
- Prepare Request for Finance Services for Fixed Asset Depreciation
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Preferrably Licensed CPA
- Must be knowledgeable in basic accounting and finance concept.
- Willing to be trained
