Government Benefits:

• Assist in the documentations and timely transmittal of employees' benefits availment and updating to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth and BIR.
• Responsible for the maintenance and timely deduction of employees' availed benefits to SSS and Pag-Ibig.
• Responsible for the timely processing and collection of advances to SSS.
• Responsible for the monthly reporting of newly hired and separated employees to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth.

Company Benefits:

• Responsible for the timely preparation and implementation of company affairs and yearly uniform issuance.
• Responsible for the timely serving of employee's request such as:
  • Communication Allowance
  • Car Allowance
  • Leaving Alone Allowance
  • Premium Pay (Licensed)
• Assist in the documentation and timely transmittal of employees' benefits availment and claim to Accredited Health Provider.

Internal Communication:

• The release of five (5) articles daily based on the define classification.
• Releasing a sound article without any form of biases to the rights of the employee and company.
• Ensuring that all articles are disseminated philwide by all means of communication medium such as email, gmail & facebook.

• College graduate preferably BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science and BSBA major in Human Resource Management
• Fresh Graduate (with or without experience) are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in the government mandated benefits is an advantage but not necessary.
• Knowledge of creating an article and gathering information.
• Good communication skills both in oral and written.
• Has the ability and confidence in dealing professionally with all level of people.
• Pro-active; honest in all his dealings; a decision must not be easily influenced by other people.
• Flexible; know how to handle the situation under high pressure; has the ability to prioritize his job and able to manage time wisely.
• Result Oriented; focus driven and knows how to fulfill his commitment
