Landscaping Supervisor  

In-charge of specific grounds and areas supporting geotourism and conservation activities in pursuance to its vision-mission: To be a top Geotourism destination in Asia through environmental conservation, education, and sustainable development.

The Landscaping Manager will be the overall in charge of grounds maintenance, care, and supervision of grounds staff in the area assigned to him/her. The following are activities to be conducted:

• Ensure implementation of high standards of maintenance, gardening, housekeeping and landscaping in the world-class georeserve
• Monitor and supervise daily operations and activities
• Manage, train, appraise and evaluate grounds staff and park rangers
• Exercise creativity in execution for grounds work and landscaping
• Contribute to other projects in line with Masungi's mission-vision

This role is based in Baras, Rizal, 1.5 hours from Metro Manila. For non-locals, on-site lodging may be discussed.

• The Landscape/Grounds Manager must have leadership skills, independence and ability to work and perform with minimal supervision
• Must have experience or knowledge in fields related to care for plants, trails, structures and landscapes (horticulture/agriculture/forestry/landscaping/engineering etc.)
• Must have good attention to detail and ability to create and implement high operating standards
• Passion and interest in plants and the outdoors
• Comfortable with working on the field
