Civil Engineer  

• Supervise on the ground implementation of design, engineering and maintenance works
• Spearheads and monitors initiatives involving sustainable land development, engineering, and maintenance.
• Coordinates with necessary offices and agencies to ensure timely and efficient implementation of plans
• Aids in planning and fine-tuning of development plans.

The Civil Engineer will assist in bringing to life the on the ground creative executions of the team, and supervise those working on it on a daily basis. He/she will be involved in creating/modifying/maintaining these executions with the end goal of enhancing destination appeal/sense of place, creating a better guest experience, and facilitating functional and ergonomic conservation of the project.

• A graduated a course in Engineering and Land Development, or similar
• Interest in design and local materials use and innovation is a plus
• Interested in applying the above fields to the practice of hospitality & conservation development on the ground (field work)
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good collaboration and coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
