Job Description
- Host guests throughout different experiences offered at the complex, such as the Discovery Trail, Food & Beverage, and Lodging.
- Naturally interact with a diverse set of people, most especially guests, team members and external partners.
- Manage a variety of different operations and human resources at the Georeserve, supervise staff from different departments and be tasked to lead and manage new experience launches.
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and innovation in the world-class Georeserve.
- Work in nature and in the outdoors; help shape the organization in its mission to conserve and protect the Masungi landscape through Geotourism and conservation development.
