Job Description
- Operating the georeserve's online reservation system
- Communicating to and servicing a diverse set of guests through different channels (mostly through e-mails, phone calls and mobile messages)
- Answering and responding to inquiries, complaints, special concerns and requests about the georeserve experiences
- Monitoring end-to-end guest experience from reservation to post-visit
- Coordinating with on-site team on guest details and needs for daily operation
