Guest Care Officer  

Our mission is to conserve the Masungi landscape through conservation, education/research and sustainable development through geotourism.

We are looking for a reliable, passionate and enthusiastic Guest Care Officer to lead end-to-end visitor experience and service. He or she will need to have a passion for sharing the georeserve and our conservation mission to Filipinos and to the world through geniune care and service.

Sample tasks include:

• Daily management of the georeserve's online reservation system
• Communicating with and providing excellent service to a diverse set of guests from all around the world through different channels (mostly through e-mails, phone calls and mobile messages)
• Facilitating our payments process, computing fees, and following up with guests
• Answering and responding to inquiries, complaints, special concerns and requests about the Georeserve experiences
• Monitoring end-to-end guest experience from reservation to post-visit feedback
• Organizing and preparing proposals for special events such as team building and CSR activities and social events
• Coordinating with on-site team on guest details and needs for daily operations
• Other tasks as assigned by Project Manager or Trustees

The role is based in Baras Rizal with a six-day working week. Those living in Rizal or Quezon City areas are highly recommended to apply.

• Willing to handle both happy and difficult customers;
• Can work independently and confidently with minimal supervision;
• Adept with handling payments, numbers and details;
• Adaptable and willing to explore a variety of projects and tasks;
• This role is best suited for fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of related experience;
• Keen to learn about and contribute to environmental conservation or sustainable tourism and contribute to the continued success of the organisation.
