Job Description
- Spearhead first aid and emergency planning and execution for site team and guests of the Masungi Georeserve, ensuring excellent guest experience in the process.
- Spearhead training and development for staff coming from surrounding communities.
- Participate in operational and logistical needs as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- First aid and medical emergency experience is necessary
- Exposure to human resource and training functions are preferred though not necessary
- Safety and security backgroud is preferred though not necessary
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
