Human Resource (HR) Supervisor  

The Human Resource Supervisor will work closely with the Site Officer in leading and conducting human resource related functions in Masungi Georeserve for its geotourism, conservation and development needs. It entails leadership, critical thinking & communication skills, and experience managing an organisation of 50-100 individuals coming from nearby upland communities or similar. Activities include the following:

• Recruitment for park rangers and other roles in the surrounding upland and rural communities to maximise involvement of the local community in our geotourism advocacy.
• Conduct payroll processing needs
• Monitoring and resolving needs for compensation and benefits (SSS/Philhealth/Etc.) of team members of the organisation
• Overall monitoring of compliance to policies of the organisation
• Spearheading team member relations, guidance and counseling
• Enabling training and development needs of park rangers who take care, protect and guide guests through the georeserve.

The human resource supervisor must be willing to work and be housed on-site during the work week. Humble quarters are provided for the site team.

• Excellent communications, people, and leadership skills
• At least one year experience in human resources in an organization;
• Can recruit, train and supervise a team of 50-100;
• Has passion for nature, outdoors or sustainable development;
