Job Description
Responsibilities
- Facilitating coordination across different work areas and functions of the organisation to deliver productivity and guest service excellence
- Deriving weekly orders of supplies based on scheduled visitors and activities
- Spearhead purchasing, inventory monitoring and inventory management needs across the organisation
- Auditing guest operations, housekeeping, and maintenance operating checklists
- Supervise and perform work needed for preparations for guests
- Other general management and administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Project Manager
Reporting
- Reports directly to the Project Manager
- Directly leads housekeeping, inventory, and snack preparation team members for trail activities
- Coordinates with Metro Manila Administrative Officer and Purchaser, different trail and functional heads within Masungi Georeserve to realise efficiency in operations and a memorable experience for all guests
- Required Skills, Work Experience, Education
Minimum Qualifications
Prior work experience is not required
- Administrative officer must have attention to detail and capacity for logical thinking and decision-making
- Administrative officer must be able to coordinate with peers, build relationships with suppliers and negotiate where needed
- Administrative officer must be able to lead a small team by example and perform tasks with the team where needed
