- Prepares and submits government documents (e.g. SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, BIR).
- Monitors and documents employee movement such as new hire, regularization, salary increase, promotion, separation, etc.
- Coordinates with HMO agent and ensures timely enrollment, amendment, and cancellation of HMO and insurance coverage for all assigned employees
- Ensures that the company is updated and is in full compliance with government-mandated remittances.
- Resolves issues and concerns related to government benefits
- Prepares benefit-related documents such as Certificate of Employment, Payslips, etc.
- Performs other related functions as required by superior or authorized representatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in accounting and government compliance documents is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
