Human Resource (HR) and Admin Supervisor  

The HR – Admin shall be responsible for managing all services related to Human Resources and Administration functions of Enviro Systems Synergy Inc. Specifically, HR – Admin shall:

• Source, screen and hire employees to fill up vacancies within the organization.
• Process the smooth deployment of newly-hired employees to their respective assignments complete with proper documentation.
• Determine the needs of employees in improving their skills and competencies and correspondingly plan and implement training programs to address those needs.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive record filing system for all employees.
• Cause the submission of performance appraisal of regular employees by their respective superiors in accordance with the required time frame.
• Process the smooth separation of resigned or separated employees by requiring the necessary documents and completing the clearance process.
• Address the HR needs of all employees, including those assigned in the field.
• Manage the conduct of all company-sponsored activities relating to training, conferences, summer outing, sports activities, anniversary celebrations, Christmas parties and other similar functions.
• Manage the issuance, upkeep and return of all company-properties including the maintenance of the corresponding records of the same.
• Handle sales inquiries and direct customers to proper authorities.
• Maintain a logbook of product inquiries.
• Handle processing and documentation of Sales Orders until fully served.
• Maintain an electronic file of Sales Order Monitor that will record the sales order number, date of sales order, customer making the sales order, products being ordered, quantity of products ordered, pack size of products ordered, and date of desired delivery.
• Arrange for product shipment and delivery as necessary.
• Maintain an electronic file of Delivery Receipt Monitor that will record the DR number, date of delivery, customer, products delivered, quantity of products delivered, pack size of products delivered, and referenced to the Sales Order Number.
• Prepare weekly and monthly summary of sales.
• Monitor the submission of Monthly Itinerary of all field personnel, including Sales Technicians.
• Submit periodic reports on HR and Admin activities to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Monitor the submission of all administrative and functional reports by field sales personnel.
• Any other function, which may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.

• A graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development
• Work experience is required for this Position
