Job Description
Being a QC Laboratory Analyst entails responsible receiving, inspection, and sample preparation in conformance with high international quality existing standards and laboratory developed standards set by the company.
You must:
- Conduct carrier inspection and sampling of raw material deliveries
- Focus on sensory evaluation and analysis of raw materials (sample preparation, preparation of reports, re-sensory of failed samples)
- Prepare standard for sensory evaluation of mixes
- Prepare Laboratory Test Reports and Certificate of Analysis
- Verify report deviation for Raw Materials and Finished Goods
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year Natural Science course
- With a year or two of relevant experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, specifically, QA/QC function is an advantage
- New graduates are welcome if with appropriate OJT exposure in food production.
- Must be analytical, self-directing, highly motivated, can interact with people in all levels of the organization and can enforce rules with optimum acceptability.
- Must be willing to work night shift and/or extended hours.
