In 2017, we developed Maria Health, the first health insurance marketplace that's 100% dedicated tomaking healthcare simpler, easier, and more accessible for Southeast Asian emerging markets, starting with the Philippines (www.mariahealth.ph).

We're currently looking for innovative, resilient, solutions-oriented, enthusiastic leaders willing to bringtheir A-game day in and day out to join our growing team. A designer with 3+ years of experience in the digital product space.

● Deep product experience demonstrated through a portfolio of multiple case studies.

● Experience collaborating with Product Managers on product briefs, scoping projects androadmapping.

● Iterative design methodologies drive your ability to gather feedback early and often.

● Utilizes user research, analytics, and strategy to back design choices.

● Capable of balancing user and business needs.

● Fluent in modern web technologies, has a fundamental understanding of front-end development,

and is able to work with modern UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

● Excited to contribute and take ownership at an early stage of a company.

● Has exceptional grasp of the principles of design and good UX practices, and is driven to continue to learn more from internal and external literature.

● Overly communicative and has a mature toolbox of communication and teamwork styles.
